These terms govern the use of this website and the preparation of quotations by Scrap Zones. A binding contract arises only upon issuance and acceptance of a formal Proforma Invoice or signed sales contract.
Prices shown or discussed are indicative and track relevant market benchmarks (including LME for metals). Final pricing, quantity, Incoterms (FOB/CFR/CIF), and payment structure are confirmed in the formal Proforma Invoice.
Materials are graded to the specifications stated in each quotation (ISRI references for metals, declared grades for polymers and paper). Buyers may appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or their own representatives for pre-shipment inspection at our yard.
Payment terms (e.g., TT against documents or irrevocable LC at sight) are agreed per transaction. Risk and title pass according to the agreed Incoterms. Retention of title applies until payment in full where goods are delivered on credit terms.
Regulated materials (e-waste, PCBs, lead-acid batteries) are exported under Basel Convention procedures and Thai export regulations. The buyer is responsible for import approvals in the destination country; we provide all export-side documentation.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods concerned and excludes indirect losses. Certified inspection and assay reports issued at loading form the basis of quality and weight settlement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless the parties agree to arbitration.
