When you submit a quote, specification, or callback request, we collect the details you provide: name, company name, business email, phone/WhatsApp number, product of interest, destination port, and your message. We do not collect payment card information through this website.
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and specification sheets, arrange callbacks, and administer export transactions you enter into with us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Only where necessary to serve you: inspection bodies (SGS/BV/Intertek) you appoint, freight and customs partners handling your shipment, and banks involved in transaction settlement. Each receives only the data required for its role.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve your business relationship and to meet Thai commercial and export documentation requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and styling are delivered by Google Fonts and a content delivery network, which may record standard technical access data (such as IP address) under their own privacy policies.
