Our standard is hot-washed with caustic treatment — glue, label residue, and surface contaminants removed — which is what fiber and sheet extruders need. Cold-washed is available at a lower price for buyers running their own deep-clean line.
PVC is pulled at three stages: bottle sorting, flake optical/color sorting, and a final manual check before bagging. Typical lots test ≤ 300 ppm, and we can contract tighter limits for demanding applications.
Yes — many buyers prefer running their own wash program. We ship color-sorted baled bottles with caps and labels removed, so your wash line starts from clean input.
