Grade 11 is the standard specification for old corrugated containers — kraft corrugated board with joints and staples acceptable, but free of prohibitive materials like wax-coated board beyond tolerance, plastics, and wet-strength treated stock. It's the benchmark feed for containerboard mills.
Bales are stored under cover, moisture-metered at baling, and re-tested before loading. We guarantee ≤12% with a contractual weight adjustment if any lot tests higher — so you never pay for water.
Our bales press to mill-friendly density (± 400–500 kg per bale), maximizing payload per 40ft container — typically 25–27 MT — while staying intact for handling without breaking into loose fiber.
