Outthrows are wrong-grade papers (other boards, printing waste) that should be removed; prohibitives are non-paper materials like plastic film, strapping, and metal. Mills penalize both — we hold outthrows ≤ 1% and prohibitives ≤ 0.5% as standard.
Predominantly double-line kraft (the higher-strength corrugated grade), sourced from dry industrial and commercial streams. Single-line content is declared per lot so your fiber calculation is exact.
Bales are pressed dry (≤ 14%), stored under cover until stuffing, and containers are loaded from covered loading bays. Moisture-adjustment clauses are available so neither side carries weather risk.
